HK UniTest HV tester was developed by Kufferath to fulfill all main requirements for different electrical test applications within the automotive market.
Features
HV and LV TPM can be combined.
The base unit of the HV has an LV measuring technology with a max. test current up to 2A and test voltage up to 50V
HV generator up to 5000V DC freely programmable.
The system uses three different relay cards
The relay cards have a 2-wire mode and a 4-wire mode programmable for each individual test point via the adapter configuration
The test points automatically reverse when an adapter with 4-wire connections is assigned to the test points
Probe and LED control
Can be integrated into the automation via TCP-IP and EtherCAT
